This is chapati, a type of flat bread adapted from Indian cuisine. In Kenya, it is generally made with white flour and fried.
These are bajias, a variant of English chips in which potatoes are sliced generally into round disks which are then spiced heavily and deep fried. They are then usually served with a tomato salsa of some sort.
These are mandazi, a soft, doughy, semi-sweet bread that can be closely compared with plain donuts.
These are samosas, which are essentially triangular, deep-fried burritos. Meats and vegetables of some sort are placed inside freshly made dough and deep-fried to perfection. The triangular shape is a consequence of the common method of folding the dough.
